1. Detailed Engineering of the Proposed Metro Manila Skyway Stage 3 Project

The Metro Manila Skyway Project (MMS) is an elevated toll road project with approximately 30 kilometers that is intended to run from Alabang in Muntinlupa to Balintawak in Quezon City. It connects the South Luzon Expressway in Alabang in the south, to Balintawak in the north, right before the North Luzon Expressway; effectively linking the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) with the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) and the Southern Tagalog Arterial Road (STAR).It is about 14.20kms elevated expressway with 8 exit/entry ramps and has 3 lanes carriageway in each direction with divided double face concrete barrier. It is envisioned to complete the project and open to traffic in 2015.
