is in-charge in monitoring for the conduct of survey works. He is a professional Geodetic Engineer and has been in practice for over forty (40) years which made him an expert in handling all types of survey works required for particular infrastructures projects.

Operations Manager for Engineering and Finance - Ms. Naty Ruby L. Umlas

is a civil engineering graduate with extensive experienced in highway engineering for more than three (3) decades. Her exposures include overseas projects in Bangkok, India, Cambodia and Vietnam where she has successfully completed high profile highway projects. Being the head for accounting division, Ms. Umlas' responsibility to the company's management is to prepare and review budgets and expenditures, supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company's automated financial systems.
