Topographic/Mapping Survey
FDSC provides topographic surveying indicating the grade, slope, and terrain features of the project for land planning, engineering, and design pur methods to prepare topographic surveys, including grid topography, and GPS. Before beginning a topographic survey, accuracy requirements and property characteristics, as well as client desires, are considered to determine which method would be best. It’s fully digital capability provide input for its CADD systems, enabling direct digital mapping of topographic surveys and computer analysis of contours, slope, and quantities.
Road Engineering & Route Survey
Services for route & road surveying include locating utilities, roads, streams, man-made features, boundary lines, and topographical information necessary to prepare construction plans, easements, and right-of-way maps. Field functions are automated using GPS with data collectors that are downloaded and uploaded digitally.
Office functions include deed research, preparation of easement descriptions and exhibits, and utility research. FDSC also works with appraisers, realtors and lawyers in the acquisition process; prepare right-of-way maps and the corresponding legal descriptions; and obtain rights of entry.

Parcellary Survey
FDSC provides Parcellary survey services in the establishment of official lot boundaries of tracts of land not covered by government cad recorded and filed with the Bureau of Lands for title documentation and title acquisition.
Relocation Survey
FDSC provides relocation surveys for tracts of land with missing corners, or reported discrepancies in their boundaries. Relocation surveys enable the reestablishment of boundaries for re-marking with concrete monuments.
Subdivision Survey
Surveys conducted for subdividing tracts of land for purposes of sharing among heirs, segregating portions or for commercial, industrial, leisure or housing development projects.
